I love this podcast so much. The story about the brother in law with the too-small sweater was so moving. I played while we were packing up our house to move and my husband was all choked up by the end of it and declared, ‘god this show is great.’

Dear Brenda,
I have been listening to you faithfully and am finally writing to tell you how much I enjoy your podcast for many reasons. I don’t have any knitting friends so starve for knitting talk. But more than that you provide intellect and humor. You also have a lyric “radio” voice. I just can’t say enough about your muse series, the music choices and the small anecdotes about the dogs, the kids and life in Wales. You know how to tell a story & I can relate to some of the experiences (like falling on the rocks at the film session)you have. I look forward to listening every week…your podcast is by far the very best out there, so please keep it going. Thanks for your effort.

I always really enjoy your podcasts, Brenda, they are always informative and a great listen.
Just wanted to drop you a note about home-grown tomatoes, as you mentioned them in your podcast! I live up in north east England – don’t have a greenhouse either – and last year I thought I would try growing tomatoes for the first time – and in containers too, as I only have a concrete back yard. They worked a treat! I used a bush tomato variety called “Amateur”, and they grew so well, I have started some more off for this year. Enjoy

I agree with the people that are opposed to the LED needles in movie theaters. It’s just like flipping open your cell phone to see what time it is – very distracting. They are cool, but they don’t belong in a theater.

Again, thanks. I always seem to be a little behind on my listening, but it’s not for a lack of desire. Just a lack of uninterrupted time–I always want a little while to sit, relax, knit and listen, and eventually I do find it.
