I’m taking a little time away from regular podcasting for health reasons. Cast On will return to its twice-monthly schedule in late October.

We’re off into the woods looking for bracken, and answers to the deep philosophical questions of life that may be found in the stitches of an Alice Starmore sweater. Oh, this is *so* useful! I always wonder if I’ll REALLY wear those shawls I want to knit.
Thanks!
Thanks Brenda for the shawl video-now I’m wishing I were a shawl knitter…one day in the future…in case you’re wondering if Cast-on podcasts are being missed…YES!!! Looking forward to Halloween for the new series. Hope you’re having a lovely break.

I just made my first lace shawl and this was a GREAT video!
Love it!
What’s the name of the second (green) shawl? I don’t think they mentioned it, but it’s beautiful!
